Authentication

Authentication in Docmost ensures secure and efficient access management, providing flexibility for both users and administrators.

With Single Sign-On (SSO) available for enterprise deployments, teams can authenticate using their existing identity provider for a seamless login experience.

Authentication methods in Docmost include:

  • Email and Password Authentication
  • LDAP (enterprise)
  • SAML 2.0 (enterprise)
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC) (enterprise)
  • Microsoft Azure Entra (Active Directory), Okta, OneLogin, Google SSO, Keycloak, Authentik, Authelia, Duo and other SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect compatible providers.
